AMC I have little or no doubt that once we put ourselves in play there will be a deal, friendly or 'hostile' either way (I find the term 'hostile' kinda ironic if the price is high enough I won't consider it 'hostile' at all).

I tend to think that Google doesn't want to be outbid so that is another reason I think the initial tender will be designed to be prohibitive to hostile bidders--although I know Google doesn't want to pay more than they have to, on balance I think they really NEED these patents and as much as they do need them, APPL and MSFT et al don't want them to have them.

One thing about stock and cash is IF Google is part of a counter consortium (counter to the Nortel winners) that becomes a bit more complex

So could we end up with shares of Google HTC Samsung etc???

I tend to think this will end up being an all cash deal. Either way if the price is right I'll be happy (and fairly well off lol)
