I continue to stick by my proclaimation of over a month ago....It will drag out beyond the drop dead date...Tuesday I stated my opinion that they may say very little about where NOK arbitration stands during the ASM, especially if they are in negotiations. I also think that NOK may have tried to use the ASM timing as leverage once negotiations began, they know mgmt doesn't want to show up empty handed. I applaud mgmt if they continue to stand steadfast for what they think IDCC is entitled to. I believe more strongly than ever we will find out very little today about where things stand with NOK...hope to heck I am wrong I am ready for a happy day in IDCCland
