Nok has no leverage. Both parties will definitely know by the asm what the arb result was. If it was in Nok favor there would be no negotiations. If it was in IDCC's favor, NOK would have no leverage. Yup, you were stretching it just a bit.

NOK may even be using it as leverage to get a deal done to their satisfaction knowing IDCC doesn't want to walk into another ASM, in particular this one, without answers....OK I might be stretching but just a thought
