Thought....What if there is no announcement this week regarding Nokia? What if the ASM is started with "at this point we are not able to disclose any information on the Nokia arbitration proceedings,results, or possible negotiations. All questions regarding such will not be answered." Would there be a revolt? I am sure IDCC, along with us shareholders, certainly thought it would be put to bed by then but what if it isn't? I am just throwing out a hypothetical for all to consider. Realize it is NOT the end of the world if this happens. I hope it won't happen but I think it could. NOK may even be using it as leverage to get a deal done to their satisfaction knowing IDCC doesn't want to walk into another ASM, in particular this one, without answers....OK I might be stretching but just a thought....my pessimism might fade when this is put to bed, too many years of dissappointment
