Hi New Wave,

I think the volume of those kinds of deals is deteriorating. So I'm afraid they can't squeeze into that kind of explanation of their progress without bearing a cost.

If Wave says its product remains a difficult sale then it has a considerable problem. The excuse disgorges the issue. Wave may have a good end-point idea, but it doesn't know how to make the journey from here to there.

These kinds of issues have been out there for an age. Your description suggests it isn't an issue of poor sales people. The key issue reflects on the skills of management to deliver the initial product the market wants in the form it wants it.

Perhaps Wave needs to find a way to offer a useful and simple hardware-dependent tool rather than demanding the adoption of a new architecture. Evolution rather than revolution. Perhaps Wave they will find a new approach to product development and/or pricing to make it easier for companies to take a simple and solid step in their direction, as opposed to a leap into the dark.

And yet they have made some major sales. So (using a different metaphor) they have some clay to shape here.
