internet, adding to the complexity of the sale is the need to purchase all new hardware. A few of these are large upfront deals like GM and BASF where the enterprise replaces most of their machines at one time, but I believe most are extended over a three to four year refresh cycle, and those unfortunately don't qualify for PRs.
