If Knobbe questioned it, that could be reason to believe that SL

should be rightful heir.

After all, Knobbe gets patents with SL's name on it and it was given by someone that has no name associated with the patents... would you also question it? I'm sure Knobbe took it in good faith but would hate to use it, because of legalities may be involved.

the ASA or ESA will not be resolved as long as Paul keeps his shares that he issued himself. I don't think Sam is that foolish to let him do that. After all that hurts shareholders also.

The first step is to reverse the stock issue to where it was previous. Give SL what was agreed to on the APA; in turn SL turns over the harp (working) and takes over the BOD. Hires a temp CEO to take PLs place, remove PL from CEO and the BOD.

The patents must come back to the company and should not have been given away in the first place since it was part of the negotiations.
