Even Knobbe questioned the Status Quo of the corp. If you recall they bowed out for that reason. They questioned who they where to take orders from. However, that means they questioned PL's CEO status! That would mean, imo, that they felt that SL could prevail. If so, exactly how could he prevail?
I would consider these possibilities:
1) The APA & ESA may be rescinded. SL may or may not get the patents back. SL could walk away. PL left with xmdc. xmdc goes bk anyway.
2) If SL, for some reason wants to keep xmdc alive negotiates with PL. They rework the APA & ESA. PL fixes the stock issue. PL is removed from the CEO status but works to market the BioHARP.
There are various senerios to the above, but that is how I see it at this time.
