Lawrence 147, Judge Walrath gave it her best shot? You gotta be kidding? She's let Rosen and company deceive her for almost 3 yrs... She's never put any schedule constraints on him, never once asked for an accurate MOR, never asked for a list of assets.... She has been afraid to rule against or force anything that might harm the FDIC and or JPM... She said the settlement was fair and reasonable when anybody with half a brain can see assets far exceed liabilities (except when you're trying to wipe out shareholders and steal the company, again)......

Come on. You really think Walrath gave it her best shot and did her best? REALLY?
