Marshall I gotta give it to ya bro. I've never seen anyone post this long and still be wrong every friggin post. ECMH purchased rotary engine assets from a company Webber was with in 2006. He had nothin ta do with Goldenburg or First Colonial. I'm the dude that posted all the info on Goldenburg and First Colonial. Goldenburg ran Nacio and brought in Lanham and daly in early 2007. Webber and the ECMH directors forced Goldenburg and his long time associate Leslie Hadler to resign in late 2007 when their motives became clear. Around Dec 2007 is when Lanham and Daly made an offer to bring big bucks to Nacio from chinese investors. More will come on Lanhams Chinese/Canadian game. In less than 30 days after signin an agreement Lanham and Daly took Nacio inta bankruptcy, claimed they owned Nac io and locked ECMH out of their own 100% owned entity. ECMH filed the suit in District court namin Lanham and Daly and also won the asset bid in the bk court. That brings us up to taday. Read the Complaint and the attorney for the Creditors committee Dismissal request and you see that Daly put no funds inta Nacio but instead paid himself some 20k a month and funded another company him and Lanham started tagether named N2 Holdings.
