Yes JJ this is all true. Pd (webber) was on the BOD Colonial Ventures along with Goldengerg. These two were sucking money out of nacio into their own pockets. A Young man by the name of Westling asked Daly to look at Nacio to try and save the company. Daly tried to get the BOD to start putting money back into nacio but they were not having any of that. Colonial Ventures becomes ecmh. Same bunch of crooks different name. pd (webber) takes a sum of money out of the coffers and puts it into his own personal bank account, makes himself the CEO Of encompass. An around December 08 webber signs documents giving Daly/Landham full control of Nacio Systems Inc. encompass spins off Nacio in 08 as a Non viable entity, according to their 10K. This is a very quick run down of the events up to when Mr. Daly had to file for ch.11 protection in Santa Rosa. By this time Mr. Daly had invested upwords of 1.7 Million of his own money into Nacio. webber (pd) and gange saw a chance to line their pockets and enrich encompass with Mr. Daly's money and here we are.
