LOL, let me know if you are able to light a fire under a federal judge. Folks have been trying that for years without success. These jurists are appointed for life. They can make any decision they want no matter how fair outside the current law it may land. They never have an away game and they set the rules. We are expected to take it without comment or reaction. We are not supposed to question and are only allowed to speak if asked. The only calendars and clocks of any significance are at the lawyer's offices in case of a deadline imposed by the judge. God help you if you miss one of these. BTW, for those concerned about the reporting system, I have never seen a suggestion box at an appeal's court. If they want your input, they will let you know. Otherwise, they expect the same silence to which they are accustomed. They simply do not care what may be riding on the outcome of a case for outside third parties.
