Is Ntephe's paycheck the product of extortion? Is he holding something over Emeka Offor and/or the BOD to keep his job even after a 4 year display of failure? Is this why Emeka Offor has done everything in his power to ink deals with other shells and never once used ERHC Energy as a vehicle to enrich himself.

The fact is Ntephe is a complete screw-up that doesn't have a clue how to advance this company and the BOD refuse to do anything about him. The fact is that Emeka Offor has significant political connections and power and has actively steered any benefit from that away from Peter Ntephe and ERHC Energy.

The above opinion seems to be the only scenario that fits the lunacy of how this company is being run.
