There is also the SEC oversite that has been in effect for years that causes SEO to not send deals our way because he agreed to not have an active part in the management of ERHE. So blame our own government and you will be close to the real reason for our misfortune. IMO.

we've gone through this before and there is another side...there are a ton of advantages to putting deals like this in a public company vs private even if he doesn't own the full 100%. One of the biggest advantages is financing...
