Please forgive me, and I mean not to offend, but I couldn't help but answer that question by saying: "No!"
No management in the Pinks and OTC (for that matter even the big board companies) stocks make decisions that are designed to help out their stockholders. The decisions they make are ultimately intented to help THEM out -- not you and I.
Anyone who believes that pennystock CEO's/Management really care about retail investors has some painful experiences yet to learn.
All of the above IMO of course. I realize many will disagree with me.
