You are correct in that I have not seen the documents and you are also correct in saying these documents will NEVER be seen by people who are not part of the continued corruption in naked short selling and the like. Right after the seizure on 9/25/2008, there were articles speculating about 1-3 billion fake shares along with the rumor mongering and the like. Now much of this is true about rumor mongering, working with Rating Agencies to bring WaMu down and of course Project West which was all inluded in the 800 pound Gorilla that was drommped in 12/2009.

I believe the document was over 800 pages showing emails from JPM's Tim Main discussing zeroing out WaMu shareholders, saying that was a great idea and more. Based on all of this factual documentation of illegal activities to bring WaMu down, a reasonable thought process that there would be 1-3 billion illegal/fake shares out there COULD more than likely be factual.
