This case has bothered me for some time because not having this issue firmly understood at the time of the E/SNE settlement remains a mystery to me. It appears that many issues have to be established before a judge or arbiter can proceed. First and foremost, what royalties are in play under the agreement. Is it strictly E and SNE or does it include Nok and Samsung also? If the answer is it includes all four companies, then the matter would have to be in suspense until the other two companies' royalty liability can be determined under the arbitrations concluding now. If not, then I fail to see any reason for the suspense order.

I am sorry I cannot help more. I have eyes on me 24/7 and am tired of getting college boy lectures because I move one way or the other or am in a position for two long a period. These kids mean well, but they are getting on my nerves.
