I like the thought expressed here that "audited financials" could be an indication of making a move for a better exchange (upgrade). Although OS numbers have increased, these shares haven't appeared as trading through the market. Therefore, it appears they have been used (or are being used) for other purposes such as restricted shares for acquisitions. Facts showing what is going on could push the pps to a proper level for an upgrade, very quickly. I just wish I could verify this, rather than just speculate. Good luck everyone.
