im looking now and yes it does say that, however it's the same "unaudited" annual report they have filed under disclosures. So they may have recently had their financials audited, but the ones you can look at now are not that version...there is no report and the required foot notes are not there. so i guess its a case of stay tuned, but if that has been updated then i would anticipate the audited financials should be posted soon.
