If IDCC wins the Award, it may be accompanied by 50-100 pages of legal conclusions.

But when you're the winner, those conclusions only mean something to IDCC lawyers and the patent licensing team.

Shareholders could care less about "why", since those pages will not be made public.

They should have nearly 24 hours to study the section that says, "AWARD".
