Sonic & Ghors: Interesting point about the scheduling of the ASM so close to the arbitration decision deadline.

IMO, do not under-estimate IDCCs lack of thought on this. Just remember how they announced the mgmt change.

I do not necessarily intend this post to be negative. Perhaps IDCC is attempting to play this as if NOK outcome is not overly crucial to IDCC moving forward as a company, and therefore will not schedule their company business around arbitration/legal proceedings. Again. IMO.

But I still like your thoughts on the timeline of a settlement before May 31, and the possibility of that being the reason for the ASM on June 2.
