You did not look into the innovation? what are you investing in? that is the real problem here, people will short a stock because they have no interest in the business itself or in for the long as most of us here are. There is a real business here and a real story.
Even as it is right now when you look at the structure over 80ml shares are in the hands of insiders which represent more than 50%.

Technically only 80 ml in public hands, lets assume they are all FT which they are not, so assume 25% in the float = 20ml for a pinky this is nothing, Guys take a breather.

regarding the debt issue I agree but hey have to resolve it somehow and I don't know any other way but to issue stock so I agree with you. how management do this will be key to judging their skill.

How will you suggest they do it
