Sharky Marky, business does not matter on penny stocks;

Buyers vs. Sellers and what the company does with their stock is all that matters. period.

FYI- the REG SHO for today showed 827,251 shares "short" until electronically settled after market close;

20110512|ECDC|827251|0|2862460|O

ECDC issues a lot of stock to themselves and others and is in Default on some of their debt obligations. As for their "innovative product"; I have never looked into it.
