i'm afraid the persons bearing both the responsibility and authority to influence and decide this case are rationalizing what were lapses in integrity during distressed times under a protective shroud of "necessary actions to protect the greater good."

assuming this is true and i wasn't vested in wamu, i maybe, just maybe, could stomach such behavior or explanation... though the extreme benefitting of jpm is just too blatant imo. especially because this manifestations of one of america's most notorious robber barons (i.e. jp morgan) gets to not only come out unscathed, but a pristine darling role model and savior.

may justice be served.
