In APCC vs. Qwest, didn't see mention of either law firm recently posted in my messages (Levetown/Jenkins or HBSS).

Dickstein Shapiro, Washington, DC is shown to represent APCC on an April 27, 2011 document for order of dismissal of case, settled out of court.

Saw mention of a Special Master involved in late 2010. Special Master ordered meetings in Jan. 2011 which don't appear to have been held.

Will try to post actual court document hisory, etc. later.
