We are all very aware of the S-1, up listing, and financials that has not happened yet and have been beaten to death.

As you know, the financials will accompany the contracts.
The PPA contracts from the OP are the meat to the financials.

The company told me that their thousands of shareholders are not complaining about the delay, and understand it.

They informed me that not one single shareholder is up in arms about this.

The "ONLY" people that seem to be focused/obsessed with it, are not even shareholders. The company pointed out their obligations are to shareholders and shareholders only.

At the time of the subject press release I contacted Pierre to congratulate him on being able to proceed with this very important data and information. He explained that it was the intention of the company to proceed before then.

Great due diligence Tubbyfish. Thank you for sharing.

The reason it had not taken place before that time was based on the time line the OPA had given everyone on the ability to approve and release contracts. The contracts AWSL applied for were in the late spring/summer of 2010, and AWSL was under the impression they would be approved and released at the time of the new year, what seemed like great timing.

The OPA had originally promised the contracts would take only 60-90 days to approve.

The company based their decisions on these terms and regret having done so, but expressed they are still quite willing to wait an extra few months for HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN CONTRACTS to be awarded. Its only a minor setback. In the big picture, itd nothing. As penny stock investors, we are suppose to expect thse kinds of delays. Some ppl act as though delays from governments should not be expected. I ask, why are those types even interested in this company if they dont have the stomach for it ?

After all an S-1 is nothing more than a resume for a company. Without guaranteed power contracts in hand, it would be like you or I putting on a job resume that we will graduate from a college when we haven’t even accepted yet. (my description, not his).

That people here are not understanding, or refuse to understand, they do not have a need for an S-1 if they do not have contracts in hand. If they submitted their S-1 and tried to do a raise now, without the contracts in hand, as an investor, that would worry me.

FACT: The S-1 will have way more of a punch with hundreds of millions of dollars of guaranteed contracts in hand.

Here we stand , 4 months later and it still hasn’t happened. Well as we all now know, the OPA time line was flawed well beyond anyone’s imagination. Since this time everyone, management and shareholders are waiting. Nothing has changed except the anxiety of all in anticipation of the contracts.

Its actually a god thing, if you want to look at this strategically, which is wise when investing...

A number of developers have been forced to close shop.
This is good for us here.
AWSL is in a better position to take over those other developers contracts, once they are approved. This will help AWSL grow faster once those contracts are awarded.

The management of this company have been and are working hard on the behalf of everyone. It may appear as they are not, but I know that they are.

The only ppl who pretend to think management have been doing nothing haven't actually visited their offices as many of "us" real investors have.

THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO WORK HARD DAILY, WHILE BUILDING THEIR PIPELINE, TARGETING ACQUISITIONS , ETC, ETC.

This is all getting lined up. It doesn't happen overnight. Anyone who thinks this type of business happens overnight, obviously isn't in business.

This company is closer to being a billion dollar company, each and every day that passes.

Its not going to happen overnight, I new that going in, but it is going to happen...ANY DAY
