I think their reaction will be, "OK, lets get on with business". Then we will just revote closer to the uplist date. What else can they do?

I understand why people do not want the R/S, that is fair, but there were some good reasons for it. If it fails, it fails. To deny this management has done a good job by shareholders over the last 2 years is crazy. They have done a fantastic job (and I do not think the current price really reflects its potential), whether you agree with the R/S or not.

In all fairness, I can see attacking the R/S, but can you at least acknowledge this company is on the right track, and has done a fantastic job in the last few quarters?
