Yep, I got it.

The whole episode is sad, and very clearly reflects how poorly equipped these guys are for the public company process.

They are floundering badly, and their ill-advised (now according to Haines it's the lawyer's fault!) scheme is in deep trouble.

It wil be very interesting to see their reaction when this thing goes down.
