...yet you fail to understand why ShareBuilder can NOT issue physical certs on a non DTCC, non DRS eligible stock.

Wrong. I do understand that. And one more time: BROKERAGES CANNOT AND DO NOT ISSUE CERTIFICATES. EVER.

Only the TA can issue certs.
