Beats me, but apparently ShareBuilder can do it.

This is interesting. You criticize JB for not understanding how the market works, yet you fail to understand why ShareBuilder can NOT issue physical certs on a non DTCC, non DRS eligible stock.

As wise as you are Janice, this is a no brainer for you. Your answers this weekend have been very disappointing. You are usually on your game much better than this.

No insults implied. Just disappointed.
