Arb Decision?

For those that believe that the management change was due to a negative arbitration decision should rethink the legal route that the companies are obligated to follow.

The decision was made on March 31st...its not known by anyone other than 3 arbitrators and the ICC. Wells...jumped the gun...NOKIA and IDCC are legally obligated to notify the shareholder upon a decision immediately following the ICC announcement. For him to make a conclusion on a negative development speaks volumes of how he logically looks at this situation. FIRST understand the process SECOND make a logical statement....to think that something happed with the arbitration is ridiculous...it ended on March 31st...wake up people!
