I am concerned with the loss of effectiveness of PAZ when it is frozen and my lack of knowledge about how Xooma ships its orders.
If it is delivered around the country by airfreight, isn't it fair to presume that the content is exposed to very low temperatures and may freeze? If PAZ is frozen and then does not work, then the credibility of the product will be affected at this critical moment when so much depends on the efficacy of PAZ.
Does HEPI know?
Does Xooma know?
Anyone out there know something about this?
