Why do you think this?

"What everyone seems to be missing is that in order to operate any UAV there is a support staff and equipment needed"

I would hope anyone who has done their DD knows that in addition to stratellites we have ground control stations. This has been mentioned frequently in PR's. One ground control station can maintain several stratellites.
