not that impressed with Pennies to call anybody since DEGH is going to do what is good for them on their own timeline, they are not sitting around the Board Room talking nor thinking about me in the least.

No document dated 2011 mentions the Double Reverse Merger, Sept 2010 10-K/A was the last document that mentioned this plan unless I am wrong.

This new guy is 27 yrs old and when I googled him for DD to find independent sources to back up what was mentioned in the 8k, came up with an inactive Perfum website a person with a name similar to his started.
