Since DEGH knows the definitive timeline, share sholders are always free to call them to put their soul at peace. The worst that can happen is that you don't get a response. Be persistant as you have an investment at stake. It's clear to me that DEGH is a shell looking to get out of the shell status. This is a low float stock that ought to be desireable for anyone wanting a public status. Because of the low float it doesn't take much for the stock price to move. I believe that last 8k was very encouraging. I don't see anything wrong with this guy they hired. The company must feel that they can really take the business to a new level looking at what they offered him to be part of their team. I believe management will not disappoint. I don't see them increasing the a/s, thus keeping DEGH attractive for a r/m. The board members have an incentive as they want to get paid too.
