Looks to me like DM may have a legal claim after all. It looks like Guard Dog turned things over to CSI so they wouldn't have to file a breach of contract with DM's Assurance. Am I the only one bothered by this. Here are two quotes from the disclosure(s):

"The Company, under the terms and conditions of an Agreement with Assurance, Inc.,
terminated a Marketing Agreement with Assurance. It is not clear if Assurance will
pursue legal action related to the termination of the Agreement."

"On February 28, 2011, Guard Dog, Inc. agreed to transfer ownership and control of its website and all
customers currently utilizing identity protection service through CSIdentity Corporation (“CSID”) to
CSID in consideration for terminating the Marketing Agreement dated April 14, 2010. The Marketing
Agreement provided minimum monthly fees that were $3,000 per month in 2010 but were scheduled to
increase to $15,000 per month in 2011. Guard Dog, Inc. was unable to comply with the financial terms
of the original agreement and transferred the operations in order to prevent filing for a breach of contract."
