A reasoned analysis, except for one thing. SEO is human and therefore can make mistakes.

The question is that while the minority shareholders do not have SEO's perspective and are in the dark on many things, does that still mean that the outside observers (we) cannot detect SEO's mistakes?

I am not saying that the minority shareholders are not capable of mistakes either. Neither SEO nor the minority shareholders are "God".

But I think that we can detect a mistake, some mistake, and as tryoty does point it out, hold whoever is accountable, and hope to rectify that mistake.

While you might argue or debate that PN's CEO appointment was or was not a mistake. You might argue or debate that DK's dance with t-gas was or was not a mistake. You might argue or debate that the shelf was a mistake. And on and on and on. But those things are indeed debatable.

But where you can't argue or debate is in the area that Tryoty is so upset about. Namely: PN led some shareholders on by putting on a story, a story of growth, a story of accomplishment, and still does so to this day in PN interviews. Wasn't that a mistake? And can Tryoty call PN/SEO out on that mistake?

If you tell me that it was an orchestrated lie just to placate shareholders while we endure the wait and therefore justified, I would say no. Because at the end of the day it creates distrust, it ensures that the midtiers of the world take action as he has and so it was a mistake.

For example even if you ask amj, she'll tell you that she believes PN has the NSAI analysis just sitting on his desk somewhere and should just release it. But if you read the latest ERHC.com FAQ update, the NSAI is still not complete and far from being on PN's desk. (Ironically, amj advocates getting all of your news from erhc.com).

If ERHC.com is the official truth, why do we distrust it? Because there was a mistake. And with the mistake, there needs to be ownership followed by making amends.

Krombacher - the above is all my opinion.
