Troy, future events will prove your statements on the nose or really come back to bite you in the ass. IMO there is no need to ever refer to this investment as a Nigerian scam, not with the companies involved and the monies they have already expended. I still believe we are involved with a project much bigger than any here have been invested in before and that it is taking a lot of time to line things up, resulting in the seemingly overly long time frame and the venomous attacks on all parties concerned. I will never believe EO is not handling the behind the scene reins or that he is subject to the maverick ideas of PN as you propose. I also take the position that PN has some dirt on EO as totally preposterous. I think EO knows exactly what is going on with ERHC, condones it (if not directs it), and the current loss to his investment means nothing to him as he is not selling today and, when he does, the current loss will be meaningless. He is not a lamb being led to slaughter.

I also believe DK does a pretty good job and is severely controlled on what he can divulge, thus making him out the bad guy when he is simply the mouthpiece. Don't shoot the messenger.

I am as disappointed as anyone on this board at how this investment has evolved to date, I agree things may have been done differently in the past to appease us minority shareholders, but IMO our final outcome is going to be positive. Have accepted I screwed up royally on time expectations for this investment.

Can't be good for you to stay so angry (strictly a personal note) and I hope you are able to keep your shares and enjoy the rewards in the not too distant future. Best to you and yours.
