Apparently you do not get it! HCKI, by transfering debt for $135,000, made HCKI a clea shell! Thus the new name change/new direction/cancellation of shares! I Already wrore/posted, that the "DIVIDEND" if able to cash in would be a "BONUS"! Now the focus is on HCKI, being a clean shell, cancelling 1.8B shares makes the stock very attractive for a "RUN"! My opinion! Good luck to all! Plus the upside reward is much grater then the downside "RISK"!
