The Company has Millions in Debt post the "Poofed" away 10 Million of liabilities that just just disappeared, the Dividend Shares are in ol Toms other debt laden shells loaded with CD's to himself and his wife, among others...

The Good Assets (ie Real Estate) ol Tom saved for himself and his cronies in the LLC's by a similar name....

...see for yourself, if I am mistaken, please advise.....
