Unclever, well said,
I wasn't going to bother doing the numbers again,
but what you've come up with largely reflects what I believed to be the case. Oustanding is different than fully diluted with all options, warrants etc, included. Each of the last few placements has millions in warrants attached which are NOT part of the current outstanding. Will they ever get excercised? Who knows. But Wave must manage their share treasury responsibly.
