There are 80,866,707 shares outstanding, with 120 million authorized for issuance.
Given additional employee compensation approval at the shareholders meeting the totals for the compensation plan are 12,790,306 shares to be issued if existing options, warrants and rights are exercised, and another 8,622,012 shares authorized to be available for issuance under these plans... a total of 21,412,318 shares.
That brings Wave to 102,279,025 shares.
Presently there is $12 million outstanding on the $25 million shelf registration.
And at present market value that pretty much wraps up the entire 120 million authorized. The 120 million is already accounted for folks. There are no extra 40 million shares.
