This "goose" is in no danger of being killed now if they were to start making their SEC filings. Jesus Christ on a Jet-Ski, they survived Dutchess, they survived the IRS, and you think doing their SEC filings is going to kill them now ? Don't go out in the sun, you might see your shadow and the shock might kill you.

Oh, and a reverse split would be 1 for 10, not 10 for 1, Mr. I've-Done-My-SEC-Filings-Yessir-I-Have.
