So you would rather run the risk of killing the golden goose now to get listed on a better exchange? Pretty risky. In any event just getting off the pinks isn't going to mean much. Most institutions won't even look at a stock below $1 a share. Maybe a 10 for 1 reverse split would do that.

I'm patient. Bought the company in 2004, sold in 2006 at a big loss, bought back in at 4 cents in 2009. I'm much more interested in a solidly profitable company moving out of the pinks than taking the risk now, when they are just getting going.

Have you ever done an SEC filing? I have. A LOT of work, let alone the cost of that work. SEC filings are much more demanding than what Bob puts out now.
