...and preferred shares wouldn't change the float at all, but it changes the O/S slightly I believe, but has very little impact on PPS directly, but more of an impact mentally since nobody has to worry about such a large amount of shares being brought into the float.

This also means that those preferred shares were returned to MMTE and no longer exist anywhere except digitally so no...there is no ratio to common shares available to be sold by a third party because they no longer exist.
