Working25, I asked for clarification about when we could expect news and this is what William sent me:

Correct no more overcash -- he is done.

He was arrested and charged and a ban in Penny stocks is coming to him. As a result and without question we had to cancel.

His issuance was done erroneously and he has been holding up the financing for land concessions. We decided to just cancel.

If they decide to fight --- we have the SEC charges against him, --- they will not fight it.

He is lucky I don't sue him.

Investors will have news regarding land concessions and deal making VERY SOON --- the latest would be by the end of the quarter.


I assume from the above message that if Overcash drops everything and just goes away, we could have news within days. However, we must be mindful that attorney's are still involved. This message clarifies the issues for me, and finally provides me with a real time line for earthshaking news. GO MMTE!!!!
