So,all preferred shares are suspended, and overcash cannot trade on the pink sheets. Does that mean that these outstanding preferred shares cannot be converted to common shares at a ratio of 1 for 5000 and sold through a third party?
And when cancelled will it lower the overall authorized share count?
in turn increasing the value of common shares?
