Corp, I think your on a dead-end street. The patents were purchased from a private company and Lomp's company no longer exists. If they were purchased from him it might be worded as purchased from the owner of the patents.

It was I who was told by Janet that they didn't name the company for competitive reasons and to me that makes sense. Previous patent purchases from Schillings company as well as Tantivy have both been exposed to the shareholders.

So far management has made wise decisions regarding purchases of patents so if they think this patent purchase should not be revealed I have to agree with them.

Look at it this way. Maybe IDCC is working on 9-G.?
