I could be wrong, but IMO I do not think they are actually going to be building Sanswire 2 before the launch. The PR stated they were going to begin the process. There are probably many steps to the process, before you start construction.

From the update:
"begin the process on the construction of Sanswire 2,
the 400-foot long commercial airship"

Either way, with the launch less than a month away, they could start actual construction real soon anyway:)

GTEL looking better every day, and it has looked great for a while
