Rock, I see you point. Beleive me, I beleive it will work or I wouldn't have so much invested in this. The only thing I am saying is you can't never be 100% sure about how this thing is going to behave. I know computer models nowadays are very accurate and I know who have joined the company. I am not kidding myself that they know more about me. But by a "Prototype refer to a test machine, circuit or program which is designed for demonstration purposes. It also enables the testing of the new product's design before the product is put into production. Problems or deficencies in the product's design can be discovered and corrected. When the prototype is sufficiently refined and meets the functionality, robustness, manufacturability and other design goals, the product is ready for production." I got this from answer.com. Note what is said on the last sentence. Suficiently refined are the key words here. Lots of refinements are needed before you go to full production.
